COLEMANTECH.CA ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Flex Session mobile application. This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our App.
We believe in minimal data collection. We only collect information that you voluntarily provide to us or that is necessary for the App's core functionality.
Email Addresses: If you choose to join our newsletter or provide feedback through our in-app form, we collect your email address. This is used strictly for internal communication regarding Flex Session updates and improvements.
User-Generated Content: Photos and notes created within the App are stored within your local instance of the App. While these are hosted via the Bubble platform, we do not access, use, or sell this content.
Usage Data: We may receive non-identifying, aggregate information (such as your country or device type) provided automatically by the Google Play Store to help us understand our user base and improve app performance.
Google Play Store: Our App uses Google Play Services for distribution and payment processing. Google may collect information as per their own Privacy Policy.
Bubble.io: Flex Session is built on the Bubble platform. Your data is stored securely through their infrastructure but is never shared with external third parties for marketing purposes.
User-Initiated Destruction: We believe you should have absolute control over your information. Flex Session includes a "Wipe Data" feature that allows you to physically destroy all database entries associated with your usage.
Total Deletion: Unlike many apps that simply archive data, our Wipe Data feature ensures that your photos, notes, and records are completely removed from the app’s operational databases.
Newsletter Removal: To delete your email from our newsletter list, please contact us at flex@colemantech.ca.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information or user-generated content to third parties. Your data is used exclusively to enhance your experience within Flex Session.
Our App is intended for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so that we can delete the information.
The security of your data is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. We strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your information.
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date at the top.
